A personal project to explore and practice character creation, rigging and animation for an offline animation workflow.
Character was created in Blender and clothes in Marvelous Designer. Textured in Substance Painter.
Animation and render in Blender, Cycles.
I only produced a few shots as a fake movie teaser, including custom VFX and soundtrack.
The color correction process was a little unusual as I wanted to emulate old film / VHS look.
This breakdown goes through character modelling, texturing, scene setup, various tests, VFX and post production.
